3/10/2023 0 Comments 7 days to die tipsSo its time to light up the place! But since you are still on early game, you’ll be using torches! Plenty of them, lots of light: "so I can see clearly as if it was day time!" Not so fast, Thomas Edison! This game works through a heatmap. (this design is a little bulky, but is amazing if later on you want to park your bike inside) toothie- a certain arrangement of poles that give you the chance of jumping through your defences, but not the zombies, look this up on youtube for further information on how to build it.ħ Now that you have your little and cozy hut, you want to start working during the night instead of hinding in a corner, shivering to crickets and holding your breath to every owl call. Zombies don’t jump, so you’r safe Ramp- again, zombies don’t jump, so you can make a ramp some blocks away from your main wall and while you can jump, zombies will fall into their second death. Just place them wherever you want, and leave the first block clean, to get in, you just approach the ladder and jump. You can use Ladders to get over a defensive wall. So people started designing some strategies to avoid using a door. No matter what door it is, they see through it and you get hunted in no time. Having a door and having absolutely nothing is the same thing. That will save you some silly running around time chasing the poor deer.Ħěuilding- you’ve survived for 20 minutes and you are already feeling confident, so you want to make your own hut! There’s nothing wrong there, you just have to keep in mind that you want to live by yourself on the wrong neighborhood, and everywhere is in the wrong neighborhood! So let me break this to you: zombies can see through doors. This means that if you crouch and hit something, you deal double damage! Pay attention to this! The double damage is only applicable if you stay crouched until the arrow hits the target! If you shoot the arrow and stand up before the arrow hits the target, you don’t get the double damage! Taking this into account and aiming for the head, you may be able to kill a deer with only one shot. In general, the game rewards people for being stealthy. You couldn’t be more right! Although there’s some nuances to it. Don’t also forget to gather all the veggies and fruits that you come by.ĥ Hunting- A rookie may think that hunting requires no skill, you just point the arrow at them and everything will be fine. You can get bones by destroying a zombie body with your axe. So, don’t let them go away, point your arrows at them, hit them in the head and store the meat for later, you’ll need it! Don’t forget to use a bone shiv so scavange them, if you use an axe, you yeld less meat out of a single animal. deers, boars, some wolves and plenty of rabbits and chickens and as time goes by, those animals become scarce. Each snow block is going to fill one jar/can, meaning that if you dig 200 snow blocks and store them, you no longer have to walk to the nearest lake, you just reach your chest and grab them by the balls, of snow of course!Ĥğood- in your first days, the game is going to offer you a whole bunch of food sources. The first one requires a cooking pot and de second one only requires the tin can, so early game, don’t scrap those! Now you can get water by two ways, you either fill the jars/cans on a lake, river, pool or any other water source, or you can dig some snow! Digging snow is an amazing way of having storable water. You have two ways of getting drinkable water by yourself: boiling it in a jar of glass or in a tin can. So you can gather resources freely without getting your diapers dirty.ģěasics- lets talk about the basics- Water. If you are still using diapers and you barely know how to walk, its expected that you have a hard time killing zombies! That’s why this game offers you a limited time zombie sale! When you first spawn, day one, the area around you will have much less zombies, if none. For instance, if you approach a point of interest (POI for short), there’ll be more zombies than normal. In this game, zombies are everywhere, but they spawn more frequently in certain areas. Fear no more! Place spikes on the ground, hide behind them and just wait for your zombie nuggets to come to you! If you have few wood, you can use barbed wire fences, but don’t forget you’ll have to smack them in the head a few times to kill them.Ģ Zombies. They are flying chicken of death and their extremely little hitbox makes it hard to kill, specially early game. But there’s only one that haunts the skies: the vulture. In 7 days to die there are plenty of zombies. This was supposed to be a script for a video (hence the conversation-like style) but since im not posting anymore of those, i'll leave you with the most 10 usefull tips I've gathered along my way.ġ Vultures.
